Taubat / Repent

Assalamualaikum wbt..

have u ever repented? or bertaubat?
have u ever felt that your repentance going to be accepted by Allah?
have u ever felt that no matter how much u repented, u still have committed the sin? its like being labeled on your forehead?

let's take a moment to istighfar...
astaghfirullah...astaghfirullah...astaghfirullah..

first of all, we are humans. we are not the malaikat that is free from sin. we are not the prophet.
we are just plain human being, a khalifah, Allah's creation. even it's already stated in the Al-Quran
Surah Al-Baqarah verse 30
*english version
"and when your Lord said to the angels, I am going to place in the earth a khalif, they said: Wait! wilt Thou place in it such as shall make mischief in it and shed blood, and we celebrate Thy praise and extol Thy holiness? He said: Surely I know what you do not know"

*malay version
" Dan (ingatlah) ketika Tuhanmu berfirman kepada para Malaikat, "Aku hendak menjadikan Khalifah di bumi". Mereka berkata, "Apakah Engkau hendak menjadikan org yang merosak dan menumpahkan darah di sana, sedangkan kami bertasbih memuji-Mu dan menyucikan nama-M?" Dia berfirman, "Sungguh, Aku mengetahui apa yang engkau tidak ketahui""

there, it is already stated, that humans are going to commit sins. our iman goes up and down. that is why we always have to be close to Allah whether we have committed a sin or not. Repent and stop doing the sin. and for those who are around you. those who did not do the wrong doings. u are not to judge a person whether their repentance are accepted by Allah or not. or even they are going to heaven or hell. we are nobody to judge.

i hope, despite of doing or not doing any sins or wrong doings we should repent everyday to Allah.
even Rasulullah SAW repents everyday for 100 times a day.

Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda lagi yang bermaksud: "Wahai manusia, bertaubatlah kepada Allah s.w.t. dan minta ampunlah daripadaNya, Sesungguhnya aku sendiri bertaubat kepada Allah s.w.t. setiap hari sebanyak seratus kali" (hadis riwayat Imam Muslim)

and Allah also had said

"Wahai para hambaKu. Sesungguhnya kamu semua melakukan kesalahan pada malam dan siang sedangkan Aku Maha Mengampuni sekalian dosa, maka mintalah ampun daripadaKu, nescaya Aku akan ampuni kamu semua."

and there is a video by Dr Maza which I find it interesting and I want to share it with all of you. one of his quote that I will always remember is

"Iblis minta supaya dipanjangkan hayatnya sampai kiamat, Tuhan perkenankan doa iblis itu, padahal derhaka betul iblis tu. Takkan hambanya yang sembahyang minta Dia tak bagi, tentu Dia bagi"
