As requested by someone

Assalamualaikum wbt...how r u today?
i'm still feverish coz my gum got swollen.booohoooo
anyway, Wahseem, Umeira and baby Adam came to pick up the ayam paprik just now..
Wahseem said that the recipe i put on my blog is in Malay and he can't understand it (despite speaking like Malaysian with the lah lah at the end of his sentences)hahahaha
so, this entry is dedicated to Wahseem and his beautiful Umeira

NASI GORENG USA AYAM

Ingredients for fried rice
  • Rice for 2 people
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 onion -sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic - sliced
  • 1/2 tbs chicken stock
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tbs fish oil
  • 1/4 tbs salt
  • 1/4 tbs black pepper
  • oil
  • 50gram dried Chilli (blended) 
Method
1. Stir the rice with a fork to separate the grains.
2. Pour a small amount of oil in a wok and fry the egg to make a thin omelet; cool, then shred.
3. Heat the remaining oil in the wok and fry the onion, garlic, chilies  until the onion are tender .
4. Increase the heat to high and add the rice, salt and soy sauce, fish oil, chicken stock, black pepper adding a little oil if necessary, stirring constantly until well mixed and heated through.
5. Garnish with shredded egg.


 Ingredients for Paprik Ayam

1 onion ~ cut into 8
2 cloves of garlic - sliced
3-5 tbs of blended chilli
250 g chicken breast ~ cut into small sizes
3 small hot chilli
salt
black pepper
3 tbs chilli sauce
3 tbs tomato sauce
3 tbs soya sauce
3 tbs oyster sauce
Cornflour (not necessary only add in if the gravy is not thick enough)
Vegetables ~ carrot, french beans, tomato, etc
3 kaffir leaves


Method :
1. Heat a bit of oil in a pan and stir fry the chicken breast a bit. remove and set aside.
2. Heat a bit of oil in a pan. fry half of the onion and the sliced garlic until tender and fragrant
3. Add in the blended chilli and oyster sauce. Add in a bit of water.
4. Add in the stir-fried meat and cook till done.
5. Mixed all the remaining ingredients make sure the gravy is thick if not may add some cornflour that is mixed with water.
6. Add in the kaffir leaves
7. Serve with plain white rice / fried rice.

so there you go..enjoy cooking =)
